About Me
Hi.
I’m from Georgia and I live in Brooklyn. In January 2012 my debut young adult novel Everything You Need to Survive the Apocalypse was published by Simon Pulse, an imprint of Simon & Schuster. Amazon selected it as a Best of the Month in YA and it has received many kind words from fellow authors as well as a starred review in Booklist.
My humor writing has been featured online at McSweeney’s and College Humor and was included in Splitsider’s list of the Best Humor Writing of 2011. I’ll also have a few pieces in The McSweeney’s Book of Politics and Musicals, out in July. And I’m one-third of NYC sketch group The Bilderbergers; our videos have been on Splitsider, Channel 101 NY, and ucbcomedy.com.
